Kinstretch Full Classes
These 40-60 minute videos focus on developing new ranges of motion and joint health through external rotation, internal rotation, flexion and extension. Each episode will feature one of the following joints: Wrist, Knee, Ankle or Shoulder. Optional accessories include yoga blocks, yoga mats and a box or bare wall for extended support.
